What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations using standardized and dynamic assessments
- 2Develop individualized treatment plans reflecting each child's strengths interests and goals
- 3Deliver engaging play-based therapy targeting sensory processing emotional regulation fine motor development and self-care skills
- 4Collaborate closely with families and an interdisciplinary clinical team for integrated care
- 5Participate in co-treatment sessions when clinically appropriate
- 6Educate caregivers with practical home strategies supporting continued progress
- 7Maintain accurate documentation and billing systems
- 8Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen clinical programs
- 9Achieve 26 direct patient care hours weekly allowing dedicated time for documentation collaboration and team meetings
Requirements6
- 1Current California Occupational Therapy License
- 2Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- 3Passion for working with children and their families
- 4Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration

- 6Experience with pediatric therapy preferred
