- 7Mentor junior clinicians and lead innovative therapy initiatives
- 8Maintain low billable target to prioritize meaningful client interactions

Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading complex clinical programs
- 3Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- 4Active SLP licensure in California
- 5ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
- 6Proficiency with Python and AWS for data analysis
- 7Experience with neurodivergent populations
- 8Leadership potential demonstrated through mentorship and supervision
- 9Strong communication skills for family education and collaboration
- 10Certification in BCBA recommended for behavioral health integration
