Overview

You will own a pediatric caseload in ABA facilities across the Twin Cities, delivering high-quality treatment to children with diverse abilities. You will join a team of 40 established clinicians, collaborating with caregivers, schools, and providers. This role offers a flexible Monday-Friday schedule with 6-10 hour shifts and hourly pay of $34-$41. We value OTR/L licensure and experience with autistic children, but welcome those eager to grow in an ABA environment.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Maintain a pediatric caseload, providing treatment sessions in ABA facilities.
  • 2Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and treatment providers to ensure integrated care.
  • 3Complete daily notes, plans of care, and re-evaluations with accuracy and timeliness.
  • 4Work independently and alongside colleagues to deliver outstanding clinical care.
  • 5Adapt treatment approaches to support children with varying ability levels.
  • 6Coordinate with ABA teams to align therapy goals with behavioral interventions.
  • 7Build rapport with culturally and linguistically diverse families.
  • 8Track progress and adjust plans based on client response to treatment.

Requirements7

  • 1Master's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
  • 2Active OTR/L license from the Minnesota Department of Health.
  • 3Preferred experience working with the pediatric population.
  • 4Preferred experience with autistic children.
  • 5Ability to work at ABA facilities in Northfield, Lakeville, or Apple Valley.
  • 6Availability for full-time or part-time schedules, Monday-Friday.
  • 7Strong organizational and communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
