What You'll Do11
- 1Diagnose and treat health issues using nursing methods
- 2Develop and evaluate individualized nursing regimens
- 3Maintain accurate nursing care plans and progress notes
- 4Interpret patient responses and report findings
- 5Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
- 6Assign tasks to allied nursing staff
- 7Provide guidance and direction to allied nursing personnel
- 8Participate in establishing and reviewing nursing standards
- 9Contribute to departmental and conference discussions
- 10Identify necessary conditions and resources for care delivery
- 11Develop evaluation systems for nursing practices
Requirements5
- 1Valid New York State RN license
- 2Basic Life Support certification from AHA
- 3Minimum one year professional nursing experience in hospital or acute care setting
- 4Current ACLS certification
- 5Commitment to ICARE values of integrity compassion accountability respect excellence
