You will own clinical care for 11,000+ active patients in a high-volume pediatric dental practice in Raleigh, NC. The practice produces $2.2 million annually with 45-50 new patients per month. You will work alongside the owner doctor and a support team of 5 RDAs and 1 Hygienist in 7 fully equipped operatories. This role offers a path to partnership or ownership for the right candidate.
What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver comprehensive pediatric dental care for patients from infancy through adolescence, including those with special health needs
- 2Perform exams, restorative procedures, and preventive care with hospital privileges or OR access as needed
- 3Collaborate with 5 RDAs and 1 Hygienist to maintain a smooth, efficient patient flow
- 4Build rapport with children and families to create a positive, educational dental experience
- 5Participate in community outreach and school-based programs to grow patient referrals
- 6Contribute to practice production targets of $180K–$200K monthly from your first 90 days
Requirements7
- 13-5 years of clinical experience in pediatric or general dentistry with a focus on children
- 2Active dental license in North Carolina or willingness to obtain one by start date
- 3Pediatric dentistry residency or certification in pediatric dentistry preferred per NC regulations
- 4Proven ability to manage a high-volume patient schedule of 45-50 new patients per month
- 5Experience with hospital privileges or OR access for treating pediatric patients
- 6Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, child-focused care
- 7Interest in long-term growth, mentorship, or ownership transition
