What You'll Do8
- 1Own a full-time schedule of 4-5 days per week, including Fridays, treating pediatric patients across all ages.
- 2Deliver preventative, restorative, and emergency dental care to a primarily pediatric patient base.
- 3Build rapport with children and parents through clear, compassionate communication.
- 4Manage patient flow in a modern, digital office using Dentrix or similar practice management software.
- 5Collaborate with a clinical team of hygienists and assistants to maximize daily procedure efficiency.
- 6Drive your compensation by recording adjusted collections and hygiene production.
- 7Document patient histories, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
- 8Participate in mentorship sessions and continuing education to refine pediatric techniques.
Requirements6
- 1DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- 2Georgia dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
- 32+ years of clinical experience, with substantial pediatric dentistry experience preferred.
- 4Comfort treating children of all ages, including those with high anxiety or special needs.
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and parent interaction.
- 6New graduates considered, but pediatric experience is strongly preferred.
