What You'll Do11
- 1Assist Dr. Shah during procedures and capture digital X-rays
- 2Comfort anxious children using tell-show-do techniques
- 3Maintain seamless operation of operatories
- 4Provide efficient 4-handed chairside assistance during exams and treatments
- 5Guide young patients and parents through visits with friendly behavior management
- 6Capture high-quality pediatric digital radiographs
- 7Prepare and sterilize treatment areas following OSHA and HIPAA standards
- 8Educate parents and children on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- 9Maintain accurate clinical notes using dental software
- 10Collaborate with dentist and front-desk team for smooth clinic operations
- 11Support daily workflow as a full-time dental assistant
Requirements8
- 1Active PA Dental Radiology Certification
- 2CPR/BLS Certification with Nitrous Oxide monitoring preferred
- 3Minimum 2+ years of clinical chairside dental assisting experience
- 4High school diploma or equivalent with accredited Dental Assisting program
- 5Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 6Patient warm and friendly demeanor with children
- 7Ability to commute to Exton PA 19341 location
- 8Commitment to patient-centered care and positive work environment
