Overview
We seek a skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing team at Bentz Dental Group. Our modern practice focuses on Prosthodontics Dental Implants and General Dentistry. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits.
What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments before procedures
- 2Assist dentists chairside by anticipating needs and passing instruments
- 3Take and process dental X-rays following state regulations
- 4Perform laboratory tasks as directed by the dentist
- 5Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols
- 6Provide patients with oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- 7Keep accurate and organized patient records
- 8Help coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient appointments
- 9Support front desk duties including greeting patients and scheduling
- 10Assist with administrative tasks to maintain smooth office operations
Requirements7
- 11-3 years of dental assisting experience preferred
- 2X-ray certification required in Pennsylvania
- 3Knowledge of dental anatomy terminology and common procedures
- 4Strong communication interpersonal skills
- 5Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- 6Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced clinical environment
- 7Positive team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
Salary Insight
$48 - $58k per year
