What You'll Do9
- 1Build and deliver intermediate-level care for high-acuity patients with continuous monitoring
- 2Collaborate with physicians and teams to implement timely interventions and assessments
- 3Support families through recovery with clear communication and compassionate care
- 4Document and track patient data to ensure accurate handoffs and outcomes
- 5Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes
- 6Maintain readiness for rapid escalation of care when patient condition changes
- 7Assist in the coordination of care plans across units and specialties
- 8Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge needs
- 9Demonstrate adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements
Requirements5
- 1Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
- 2Active Multi-State RN License required; obtain local multi-state license within 30 days if licensed in another compact state
- 3AHA BLS; ACLS & NIHSS
- 4RN-C or CCRN preferred
- 5Experience in progressive care or telemetry settings preferred
