- 1Manufacture and integrate electro-mechanical assemblies
- 2Perform semi-automated testing of completed assemblies
- 3Troubleshoot manufacturing issues with electrical engineering support
- 4Maintain ESD sensitive environment standards
- 5Communicate clearly in written and oral formats
- 6Multitask while preserving precision and attention to detail
- 7Apply mechanical aptitude and knowledge of concepts
- 8Solve problems using critical thinking and creativity
- 9Read schematics and wiring diagrams
- 10Follow BOMs and quality documentation
- 11Lift up to 50 pounds safely
Requirements10
- 1U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status
- 2Location within commuting distance of Denver CO
- 3Valid Colorado Driver’s License
- 4Strong organizational skills and task prioritization
- 5Experience with Lean Manufacturing and RCA/FMEA processes
- 6Proficiency with through hole and SMD soldering
- 7Ability to work variable day shifts 8 to 12 hours
- 8Willingness to perform overtime accounting for 30–40% of annual hours
- 9Physical stamina to sit and stand for extended periods
- 10Commitment to quality workmanship
