What You'll Do11

  • 1Manufacture and integrate electro-mechanical assemblies
  • 2Perform semi-automated testing of completed assemblies
  • 3Troubleshoot manufacturing issues with electrical engineering support
  • 4Maintain ESD sensitive environment standards
  • 5Communicate clearly in written and oral formats
  • 6Multitask while preserving precision and attention to detail
  • 7Apply mechanical aptitude and knowledge of concepts
  • 8Solve problems using critical thinking and creativity
  • 9Read schematics and wiring diagrams
  • 10Follow BOMs and quality documentation
  • 11Lift up to 50 pounds safely

Requirements10

  • 1U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status
  • 2Location within commuting distance of Denver CO
  • 3Valid Colorado Driver’s License
  • 4Strong organizational skills and task prioritization
  • 5Experience with Lean Manufacturing and RCA/FMEA processes
  • 6Proficiency with through hole and SMD soldering
  • 7Ability to work variable day shifts 8 to 12 hours
  • 8Willingness to perform overtime accounting for 30–40% of annual hours
  • 9Physical stamina to sit and stand for extended periods
  • 10Commitment to quality workmanship
