What You'll Do7
- 1Operate heavy equipment such as excavators loaders and dump trucks to prepare and lay asphalt or concrete surfaces efficiently and safely
- 2Manage crews list for each job site
- 3Manage all aspects of paving leeboy pavers
- 4Coordinate with team members to execute paving operations according to project specifications and safety standards
- 5Conduct routine inspections of equipment like paving machines and trucks performing basic mechanical troubleshooting when necessary
- 6Maintain accurate documentation of work progress equipment usage and safety checks throughout each shift
- 7Support site cleanup and prepare materials for subsequent phases of construction
Requirements5
- 1Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as Leeboy paving machines excavators loaders dump trucks and paving machinery
- 2Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to adhere strictly to OSHA standards
- 3Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor equipment issues promptly
- 4Prior experience working on paving or concrete projects is highly preferred
- 5Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards
Salary Insight
