What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain safe patient handling protocols using certified equipment

- 5Monitor and report critical patient status changes observed during lifts

- 7Maintain accurate documentation of patient movements and incident reports
- 8Support daily operations of the transportation department through proactive communication
- 9Drive continuous improvement in patient safety and transport efficiency
Requirements11
- 1National Provider BLS certification preferred
- 26 months CNA/RNA/PSA experience in acute care settings
- 35+ years of clinical patient care experience
- 4Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes for logistics coordination
- 5Proficiency with React for internal tool development
- 6Ability to operate heavy machinery safely under supervision
- 7Excellent communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- 8Commitment to CMS standards for patient handling
- 9Experience with Spark and Airflow for data pipeline management
- 10Certification in CPC Card recognized by industry leaders
- 11Demonstrated ability to work flexible variable shift schedules
