What You'll Do9
- 1Provide efficient high-quality service to patients requesting appointments or information on tests and procedures billing and referrals
- 2Ensure accurate entry of billing information at time of service and maintain updated payer and patient details
- 3Uphold medical record standards for accuracy and timeliness
- 4Support clinical staff in maintaining precise patient documentation
- 5Manage high-volume multitasking tasks in a busy environment
- 6Assist with scheduling and handle challenging callers or patients
- 7Ship and scale processes to improve operational efficiency
- 8Drive improvements in revenue collection and patient communication
- 9Participate in team initiatives that enhance care delivery
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with one to two years related customer service experience
- 2Experience handling difficult callers or patients
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 4Knowledge of CPC Card and BCBA certifications
- 5Ability to work under stressful conditions with demanding customers
