Join the Clinical Resource Unit at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn as a Patient Safety Attendant. This full-time role offers a 12-hour night shift in a compassionate environment where you will provide one-to-one patient observation and support. You will interact courteously with patients families and staff while assisting RNs and PCTs with patient comfort and hygiene. This position emphasizes safety for vulnerable individuals and requires strong interpersonal skills.
What You'll Do7
- 1Perform constant and direct observation of patients at risk of self-harm or harm to others
- 2Assist RNs and PCTs with toileting ambulation and personal care activities
- 3Maintain direct patient observation during all activities including transportation
- 4Document patient interactions and communicate effectively to meet clinical needs
- 5Support confidential handling of patient and employee information
- 6Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- 7Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe care delivery
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma required
- 21-2 years related experience preferred
- 3CPC Card certification
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills
