What You'll Do9
- 1Continuously monitors and improves departmental performance through timely dispatching of patient transport requests and personnel activity status
- 2Resolves complaints related to patients visitors staff employees
- 3Utilizes dispatching logic to prioritize tasks assign personnel based on availability and proximity while maximizing productivity
- 4Ensures compliance with departmental policies procedures and OSHA blood borne pathogen standards
- 5Manages Patient Transport Department during Operations Manager or Supervisor absence
- 6Motivates staff to function as a team to achieve goals and maximize productivity
- 7Adheres to infection control practices and proper body mechanics
- 8Monitors supplies and equipment and recommends purchases as needed
- 9Performs other duties as assigned

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading healthcare support teams
- 3Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
