- 10Prepare and balance daily deposits of payment collections
- 11Interview patients and guardians to obtain identification and insurance cards
- 12Obtain pre‑certification and authorization for procedures
- 13Drive mobile medical van to local healthcare events for outreach
- 14Handle all incoming calls and coordinate with physicians and hospital staff

Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2Completed Fingerprint Screen with Florida Department of Children and Families
- 3One year of relevant hospital or medical office experience preferred
- 4Pass and comply with Motor Vehicle Record driver requirements
- 5Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 7Experience with medical billing and insurance processing
- 8Familiarity with electronic health record systems
