What You'll Do7

  • 1Collaborate with Admissions Department and Marketing staff to manage patient family information and sign-on visits HIPAA compliant communications
  • 2Communicate with providers, attending physicians, hospice staff, and other agencies to ensure excellent provider relations care coordination
  • 3Help patients and families understand, accept, and follow medical recommendations patient education
  • 4Provide services to assist the patient and family in achieving optimum social, spiritual and health care adjustments within their capacity care planning
  • 5Partner with staff on in-services and education related to advanced care planning training
  • 6Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information per HIPAA regulations privacy
  • 7Support a compassionate, collaborative culture that prioritizes physical, financial, and mental well-being of colleagues wellbeing

Requirements5

  • 1Associates degree or higher preferred
  • 2Three to five years of professional sales experience preferred
  • 3On-site Miami, Florida availability and capacity to work a full-time schedule 9-6 with lunch
  • 4Comfort communicating with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams communication
  • 5Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and sensitive information handling compliance
