Own community outreach for hospice services at scale within a defined Minnesota region. Drive referrals by building relationships with hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities. Lead events and partnerships to raise awareness of hospice benefits and the organization’s compassionate care. Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth patient referrals and high-quality service. This role combines field outreach with strategic relationship-building to expand access to end-of-life care.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners to drive hospice referrals
- 2Attend community events to raise awareness and represent the organization
- 3Track and manage outreach activity in our CRM and produce timely updates
- 4Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and services
- 5Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care
- 6Utilize market insights to plan and optimize outreach efforts
- 7Stay current on hospice care through ongoing training and self-learning
- 8Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner
- 9Follow healthcare rules and regulations
- 10Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior facilities to promote hospice services
Requirements10
- 12+ years health care marketing experience
- 2Current and valid state driver license
- 3Proof of auto insurance
- 4Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 5Computer literacy and knowledge of healthcare and administrative software
- 6Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- 7Organizational and time management skills
- 8Ability to work independently and with teams
- 9Demonstrates the highest degree of customer service excellence
- 10Availability for occasional after-hours events and weekends
