What You'll Do8
- 1Reach out to patients to confirm demographics and provide updates on referrals
- 2Communicate with vendor partners and claim adjusters regarding new and ongoing referrals
- 3Procure vendors for each referral request and verify medical necessity
- 4Make or take phone calls for existing referrals and coordinate with team members
- 5Provide quotes for client approval and ensure proper billing documentation
- 6Process referrals daily according to state regulations and workers compensation guidelines
- 7Support quality programs and travel as needed
- 8Maintain accurate written reports and collaborate within a team setting
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Two years of healthcare network experience or equivalent
- 3Strong customer service and critical thinking abilities
- 4Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- 6Analytical skills and strong organizational capabilities
