What You'll Do7
- 1Answer incoming calls into the main operator line of the facility
- 2Greet and direct patients/families presenting for appointments and treatment
- 3Accurately enter and update patient information into the computer system
- 4Perform check-in of patients arriving for scheduled appointments or admissions
- 5Prepare and secure signatures on required treatment and billing authorization forms
- 6Scan necessary documents into the EHR system
- 7Verify insurance coverage for all patients receiving services
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 23+ years’ experience in patient access scheduling registration or customer service in a healthcare environment
- 3Bilingual English Spanish
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5AWS Certified
