What You'll Do11
- 1Create high energy store experiences through engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors
- 2Resolve consumer concerns consistently with company policy and satisfaction in mind
- 3Partner with store manager on elevated issues and train new hires on LS&Co culture
- 4Set expectations and coach associates to foster engagement and retention
- 5Deliver performance feedback alongside management
- 6Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing and replenishment
- 7Comply with store policy and procedures while meeting sales goals
- 8Supervise team during manager absence and maintain policy adherence
- 9Work flexible schedules including evenings weekends holidays
- 10Stand walk kneel squat etc while performing duties
- 11Lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks requiring reaching typing overhead climbing ladders
Requirements5
- 15+ years progressive retail leadership supervising coaching training
- 2Ability to work flexible schedule including evening weekend holiday shifts
- 3Reliable transportation
- 4High school diploma or GED preferred
- 5Physical stamina to stand walk kneel squat etc
