Requirements11
- 15+ years building retail teams and driving performance
- 2Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management tools
- 3Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- 4Experience with scheduling and labor cost optimization
- 5Knowledge of e-commerce integration and omnichannel strategies
- 6Certified in AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certification
- 7Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 8Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- 9Background in hospitality or retail supervisory roles

- 11Willingness to relocate to White Plains NY
