What You'll Do11
- 1Build high-energy store experiences by engaging shoppers and modeling service excellence
- 2Resolve consumer concerns using company policies to ensure satisfaction
- 3Partner with managers on elevated issues and train new hires on culture and products
- 4Set performance expectations and coach staff to achieve sales targets
- 5Ship merchandise and manage inventory through replenishment systems
- 6Handle cash transactions and maintain compliance with store procedures
- 7Supervise associates in absence of management and enforce store policies
- 8Collaborate with leadership to align strategies with business goals
- 9Maintain physical safety standards during daily operations
- 10Adapt to new initiatives and learn emerging retail technologies
- 11Foster talent development and retention across diverse teams
Requirements11
- 15+ years supervisory experience in retail environments
- 2Proven track record of coaching and developing associates
- 3Strong communication skills with ability to influence without authority
- 4Physical stamina to stand walk kneel and lift 40 pounds
- 5High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- 7Ability to lift reach overhead and climb ladders safely

- 9Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools
- 10Understanding of e-commerce integration in brick-and-mortar operations
