Requirements5
- 15+ years progressive retail leadership experience with proven coaching abilities
- 2Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
- 3Physical stamina to stand walk kneel squat and climb ladders as needed
- 4High school diploma or GED preferred with reliable transportation
- 5Strong communication skills and growth mindset adaptable to new initiatives
