What You'll Do8
- 1Build relationships with customers to inspire loyalty and repeat visits.
- 2Recommend additional and complimentary products to enhance each customer's beauty routine.
- 3Inform customers of current promotions, events, and loyalty program enrollment.
- 4Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- 5Complete transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- 6Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues to management.
- 7Demonstrate Sally Beauty culture values in daily interactions.
- 8Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Requirements8
- 1No prior experience required; training provided.
- 2Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
- 3Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, and reach.
- 4Comfortable working around moving parts, carts, or machines.
- 5Willingness to work in an environment with possible exposure to fumes and odors.
- 6Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 7Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
