Overview
Schedule Monday Friday 5 hour shift between 3am 9am. This role owns scheduling and supervising staff while ensuring safe timely completion of duties. It differs by focusing on leadership within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What You'll Do12
- 1Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees management and customers
- 2Facilitates training with new and current employees
- 3Conducts and participates in group meetings
- 4Coordinates evaluations with management
- 5Determines best solutions for package concerns
- 6Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely
- 7Understands and consistently demonstrates UPS`s high ethical standards and code of conduct
- 8Ability to lift 70 lbs 32 kgs
- 9Availability to work flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week
- 10Strong problem solving skills with ability to multitask
- 11Strong oral and written communication skills
- 12Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams
- 3U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S.
- 4Alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence or authorized to work in the U.S.
- 5Bachelor`s Degree or International equivalent
- 6Preferred Management experience
- 7Flexible availability up to 5 days per week
- 8Strong problem solving skills
- 9Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
