Part-Time Customer Service Associate (Pack & Ship Store)
Overview
Join our team at a locally owned Pack & Ship store where customer service and attention to detail are key. You will assist customers with shipping returns and business services while keeping daily operations smooth. This part-time role offers a consistent weekly schedule of 15 hours on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday with 5-hour shifts each day. Reliability and punctuality are essential.
What You'll Do7
- 1Greet customers and assist with packing and shipping using UPS FedEx USPS and DHL
- 2Process returns including Amazon QR codes
- 3Operate POS system accurately for cash and card transactions
- 4Provide printing scanning and basic office services
- 5Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
- 6Maintain a clean organized and efficient store environment
- 7Follow procedures carefully to ensure accuracy in shipments and transactions
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Reliability and punctuality
- 3Customer service attention to detail (VERY important for your store)
- 4Cash handling point of sale (POS) systems
