What You'll Do15

  • 1Handle NFL music production library functions
  • 2Metadata and audio asset deliveries to distribution systems
  • 3Data analysis and income tracking for NFL-owned copyrights
  • 4Maintain and populate shared internal documents
  • 5Interface directly with domestic collection agencies and international sub-publishers
  • 6Interface with composers co-publishers licensees and broadcast partners
  • 7Prepare direct licenses and invoice deliveries
  • 8Complete specific recurring data-driven projects annually
  • 9Maintain library data and generate music use reporting
  • 10Review and validate cue sheets for completeness and accuracy
  • 11Monitor cue sheet workflows for timely documentation
  • 12Act as liaison between Original Music Administration team and stakeholders
  • 13Interface with Music Licensing Department for unowned music
  • 14Communicate with Broadcast Partners and NFL Clubs about music reporting
  • 15Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance in reporting

Requirements11

  • 1Up to 3 years experience in music administration licensing or related field
  • 2Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • 3Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
  • 4Advanced MS Excel proficiency
  • 5Strong understanding of music industry concepts such as publishing rights and digital distribution
  • 6Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • 7Knowledge and experience with royalties income tracking
  • 8Experience with Music Production Library or Film TV
  • 9Excellent communication skills
  • 10Intrinsically motivated with high standards for excellence
  • 11Team player with leadership qualities
