Overview

Coordinate administrative tasks for the NFL Films Original Music Library and assist team members in music reporting. Oversee metadata and audio asset deliveries while driving data analysis and income tracking for NFL-owned copyrights.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Handle NFL music production library functions including metadata and audio asset deliveries to distribution systems
  • 2Perform data analysis and income tracking for domestic and international copyrights
  • 3Maintain shared internal documents and interface with collection agencies and sub-publishers
  • 4Interface directly with composers and broadcast partners to prepare licenses and invoices
  • 5Complete annual recurring data-driven projects and generate music use reporting
  • 6Monitor cue sheet workflows to ensure compliance before submission to PROs
  • 7Act as liaison between Original Music Administration and internal/external stakeholders
  • 8Interface with Music Licensing Department to report unowned music
  • 9Communicate with broadcast partners regarding music reporting for NFL content
  • 10Maintain high accuracy standards across all NFL Media platforms
  • 11Review and validate cue sheets for completeness prior to submission

Requirements9

  • 1Up to 3 years experience in music administration licensing or related field
  • 2Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • 3Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • 4Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • 5Strong knowledge of music industry concepts such as publishing and digital distribution
  • 6Ability to work independently managing multiple tasks
  • 7Knowledge of royalties income tracking
  • 8Experience with Music Production Library or Film/TV
  • 9Excellent communication skills
