Manager, Live Production & Content - Seattle Seahawks
Overview
This role owns live event production and stadium content for Seattle Seahawks gamedays and special events. You'll lead control room planning, content curation, and live execution using ROSS Xpression, EVS Playback, and Evertz Dreamcatcher to create memorable fan experiences. Reporting to the Director of Event Presentation, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a world-class show at Lumen Field. Your work directly impacts fan engagement and home field advantage, making this a key leadership position in game presentation.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead planning and execution of live production and content for all Seahawks gamedays and assigned events, ensuring consistent high-quality presentation.
- 2Produce in the control room during games, executing the show vision under the Executive Producer's direction.
- 3Partner with Graphic Design and Sea Level Studios to produce engaging video and graphics that reinforce home field advantage.
- 4Drive storytelling through stats integration, including game stats, player stats, and fan milestones across stadium displays.
- 5Manage all content deliverables, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors for quality control and playback readiness.
- 6Collaborate with Stadium Technology Operations to test and execute control room systems and production elements.
- 7Create and maintain production documentation, including rundowns, scripts, and timing sheets for efficient event execution.
- 8Hire and manage part-time production assistants, providing leadership and coaching while coordinating crew scheduling.
- 9Serve as liaison with vendors for technical needs, including event scripting software and camera suppliers.
- 10Integrate entertainment programming and field production into a cohesive live event presentation.
Requirements8
- 13+ years in a fast-paced production environment, preferably sports control room.
- 2Experience in creative content creation and control room systems: ROSS Xpression, ROSS Piero, ANC LiveSync, EVS Playback, Evertz Dreamcatcher.
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 4Proficiency in Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Premier, and After Effects.
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 6Valid driver's license.
- 7Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university.
- 8Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
