Part Time Leasing Consultant, Apartment Communities
Overview
You will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at Courts of Valle Vista and Greenwood Oaks, two apartment communities in Greenwood, IN. Working weekends and limited weekdays, you will market properties, show units, and close leases. You will report to the property manager and collaborate with a small onsite team. What You'll Do10
- 1Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours, showcasing model and available apartment homes
- 2Lease apartments by presenting property services and closing sales
- 3Guide applicants through the application process, collecting deposits and move-in fees
- 4Respond to internet leads and calls, converting inquiries into scheduled tours
- 5Execute sales and marketing strategies to boost traffic and meet occupancy targets
- 6Maintain in-depth product knowledge of your property and competitors, updating market surveys
- 7Prepare all lease paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with property policies
- 8Track prospect traffic and leasing data in the computer system
- 9Inspect units before move-in and coordinate move-out procedures with residents
- 10Support resident events and process service requests to uphold community standards
Requirements7
- 11+ years in sales or leasing, preferably in property management
- 2Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
- 3Availability for weekends, holidays, and limited weekday hours
- 4Strong customer service and communication skills
- 5Detail-oriented with drafting accurate lease paperwork
- 6Comfortable with data entry and property management software
- 7Ability to work onsite at both Indiana locations
