What You'll Do7
- 1Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with friendly and efficient customer service.
- 2Manage front desk operations including check ins check outs and reservation adjustments using multi line phone systems.
- 3Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions ensuring accuracy in billing and account reconciliation.
- 4Address guest inquiries promptly via phone or in person providing information about hotel amenities local attractions and services.
- 5Maintain security by monitoring cctv surveillance conducting safety checks around the property and controlling access to the hotel premises.
- 6Prepare detailed shift reports incident logs and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts.
- 7Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations to foster a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Requirements5
- 1Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations especially in front desk or night audit roles.
- 2Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi line phone systems.
- 3Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- 4Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- 5Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
