Part Time Night Auditor Westin Beach Resort Fort Lauderdale
Overview
Manage night audit operations to maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to deliver quality guest service. Perform daily restaurant revenue reporting and balance accounts nightly. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits through HEI Hotels and Resorts.
What You'll Do7
- 1Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing POS tapes/journals to break down revenue covers and tips
- 2Run audit reports from front office system Point of Service and computer systems
- 3Make corrections adjustments and resolve computer issues during shifts
- 4Input revenue expenses allowances into system to generate Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary
- 5Balance all revenue settlement accounts nightly maintaining files and resetting system for next day
- 6Comply with attendance rules and work regular schedule
- 7Perform other job related duties as assigned
Requirements6
- 1Hotel experience preferred
- 2Basic mathematical skills and ability to calculate using 10-key calculator
- 3Ability to access and input information using moderate computer system
- 4Effective verbal and written communication skills
- 5Adapt communication style for supervisors coworkers public
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
