What You'll Do8
- 1Work directly with Facilities Manager and Supervisors to perform day of show duties and daily operations
- 2Follow up with Security and Guest Services to meet service standards
- 3Perform opening running and closing duties while maintaining line of sight and atmosphere control
- 4Respond promptly to facility requests from venue departments during events
- 5Maintain exterior appearance including sidewalks planters loading dock areas and outdoor spaces
- 6Conduct routine maintenance such as painting minor repairs replacing light bulbs and assembling furniture
- 7Restock restroom supplies paper products and other facility inventory throughout events
- 8Foster positive experiences for guests staff and stakeholders creating a safe enjoyable environment
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma required
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3Previous experience in facilities maintenance custodial services construction or related field
- 4Skills in guest relations assessing special guest needs prioritizing duties communicating effectively handling multiple tasks with upbeat attitude
- 5Strong communication abilities collaborative teamwork and ability to work under pressure
