Overview
We seek a flexible schedule driven individual to support Production Manager Back of House and Touring Personnel. Provide overall day of show support manage parking list credentials create day of show documents handle onsite runners manage petty cash reconciliation. What You'll Do9

- 4Handle petty cash distribution and reconciliation
- 5Own and scale daily operations during high demand periods
- 6Drive communication across tour teams
- 7Support production manager with logistics and coordination
- 8Maintain accurate records and documentation
- 9Ensure compliance with financial and operational standards
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 2Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 4Experience handling cash and financial transactions
- 5Excellent communication and time management skills
- 6Physical stamina to lift 75 lbs and work in loud environments
- 7Bachelor's degree preferred
- 8Prior experience in live event operations
- 9Strong multitasking abilities under pressure
Salary Insight
$42 - $54k per year
