What You'll Do9
- 1Lead daily theatre operations ensuring strong staff performance and guest experience
- 2Perform all staff positions required and maintain compliance with policies and safety standards
- 3Train and coach team members while supporting hiring scheduling and performance management
- 4Maintain high guest satisfaction by resolving concerns and supporting promotions
- 5Oversee financial and operational tasks including cash handling reporting and inventory
- 6Manage theatre facilities including maintenance cleanliness and projection systems
- 7Handle marketing and promotions for feature film engagements and showtime scheduling
- 8Ensure legal compliance for alcohol service when applicable
- 9Complete required Regal training and certification programs
