- 2Support managerial decisions regarding staff communication
- 3Operate in all theatre departments and functions
- 4Train and coach team members in specialized roles
- 5Prepare administrative and special reports for management
- 6Inspect theatre facilities including building exterior and equipment
- 7Report necessary repairs to General Manager
- 8Enforce dress code compliance among team members
- 9Interact directly with guests to enhance service quality
- 10Maintain accurate cash handling and basic mathematics
- 11Identify and mitigate safety hazards throughout the workplace
Requirements16
- 1Minimum 18 years old
- 2High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3Completion of Management Foundations course
- 4Three core management certifications
- 5Food handler certification and local permits
- 6Safe Alcohol Service training for alcohol service roles
- 7Flexible availability including evenings weekends holidays
- 8Consistent attendance record
- 9Positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities
- 10Excellent guest service skills
- 11Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- 12Strong communication skills in verbal and written forms
- 13Team player capable of independent work
- 14Quick learning capability and direction following
- 15Physical stamina for bending kneeling lifting up to 50 pounds
