Overview
Own daily theatre operations at a Regal Cinemas location, driving staff performance and guest satisfaction. You lead a team of crew members, manage scheduling, and oversee financial targets. This role blends operational rigor with frontline leadership, offering a path to General Manager. You'll directly shape the guest experience across 7,600+ screens in a 9-country network.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead daily theatre operations, supervising staff and ensuring smooth execution.
- 2Train, coach, and supervise team members, supporting hiring and scheduling.
- 3Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, boosting satisfaction.
- 4Oversee cash handling, reporting, inventory, and cost control.
- 5Manage facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, and projection systems.
- 6Coordinate marketing of feature films, showtimes, and promotions.
- 7Ensure compliance with company policies and alcohol service certifications.
- 8Drive profitability through effective resource management and upselling.
Requirements8
- 13+ months of supervisory experience or 6+ months theatre experience.
- 2Meet legal requirements for alcohol service where applicable.
- 3Complete all required Regal training and certification programs.
- 4Working knowledge of projection systems preferred.
- 5Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 6Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- 7Excellent communication and team development abilities.
- 8Attention to detail and operational execution.
