Parent & Me Soccer Instructor, Youth Sports & Coaching
Overview
Own the early childhood soccer experience in Pasadena by coaching Parent & Me sessions for toddlers and parents. Lead 18 month to 3 year olds through age-appropriate games that build motor skills and social bonding. Collaborate with a friendly team in a structured program that values safety, energy, and fun. This role offers on the job training, flexible scheduling, and incentive programs.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build engaging, high-energy sessions for toddlers and their parents or caregivers in a safe, inclusive environment
- 2Demonstrate basic soccer skills in a playful, age-appropriate manner
- 3Provide guidance to parents on supporting their child’s learning and development
- 4Set up and take down equipment before and after sessions
- 5Communicate with parents and caregivers in a friendly, professional way to ensure a positive experience
- 6Ensure safety and well-being of all participants at all times
- 7Maintain a fun, patient attitude while working with young children
- 8Embodies an active lifestyle and represents the company values
- 9Be an ambassador for the program and have fun while keeping toddlers engaged
- 10Lead group activities and adapt sessions for multiple locations as needed
Requirements10
- 1Must be at least 18 years old
- 2High school diploma with some college preferred
- 3Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 4Available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons
- 5Experience working with toddlers or young children (coaching, teaching, babysitting, etc.)
- 6Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality
- 7Knowledge of soccer fundamentals is a plus but not required
- 8CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- 9Background check required
- 10Ability to run, bend, lift, and engage in physical activity with toddlers for extended periods

$37 - $52k per year
