Overview
Soccer instruction in after school programs for K-5 students with a strong emphasis on fun, safety, and skill development. You will lead sessions, promote teamwork, and create an inclusive, motivating environment for young athletes. This role sits within a national youth soccer program that values positive coaching experiences and personal growth.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and lead after-school soccer sessions for K-5 students
- 2Design fun, structured drills to teach fundamentals while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship
- 3Maintain a safe, enjoyable environment and ensure equipment readiness
- 4Support setup and cleanup before and after each session
- 5Communicate clearly with students, families, and program staff to foster inclusion
Requirements8
- 1Must be at least 18 years old
- 2Available after school hours typically 2 PM to 6 PM
- 3Reliable transportation required
- 4Experience coaching, teaching, or childcare a plus but not required
- 5Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Ability to create an inclusive and motivating environment
