Paraprofessional, Teacher Assistant, In-Person School Support
Overview
1:1 Paraprofessional/Teacher Assistant role supporting a student in a school setting at full-time hours. In-person position for the school year with Monday–Friday schedule. Collaborate with classroom staff to ensure student needs are met. Focus on communication, reliability, and compassionate support to enable learning.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build supportive 1:1 relationship with student to enable engagement and learning outcomes
- 2Support classroom activities under supervision of teachers and school staff
- 3Assist with instruction, behavior management, and task completion during scheduled class periods
- 4Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the teaching team
- 5Provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for the student and peers
