What You'll Do9
- 1Administer estates and trusts from inception through completion
- 2Prepare and file probate administration and accounting petitions
- 3Draft estate and gift tax returns
- 4Create informal accountings receipts and release agreements
- 5Communicate effectively with clients attorneys courts and financial institutions
- 6Organize estate documentation and maintain accurate case files
- 7Monitor deadlines ensure timely filing of required documents
- 8Support attorneys across all phases of estate and trust administration
- 9Maintain organized workflow while managing multiple deadlines
Requirements9
- 13+ years estate administration paralegal experience
- 2Proficiency preparing probate administration and accounting petitions
- 3Experience filing estate and gift tax returns
- 4Ability to draft informal accountings receipts and release agreements
- 5Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 6Experience working independently while meeting deadlines
- 7Excellent client communication and problem solving abilities
- 8Valid work authorization for United States employment
