Paraeducator – Flexible Schedule – West Covina
Overview
The Education Team seeks Paraeducators to provide flexible support in West Covina and surrounding areas. You will assist students with special needs in general and special education classrooms while building real classroom experience. This role offers a meaningful impact with a customizable schedule.
What You'll Do6
- 1Assist students with special needs in general and special education classrooms
- 2Support lead teachers with daily routines learning activities and behavior management
- 3Provide academic and emotional support in a caring inclusive environment
- 4Work closely with site staff and follow teacher or program directions
- 5Schedule work as part-time or full-time based on your availability
- 6Commit minimum of two days per week assignments Monday through Friday
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma required
- 2BA degree preferred
- 3Experience with children or school settings is a plus
- 4Comfortable supporting students with special needs
- 5Negative TB test required prior to hire
- 6Reliable patient and ready to join a team
