What You'll Do9
- 1Assemble electrical control panels according to wiring diagrams and engineering drawings
- 2Read and interpret blueprints and simple wiring diagrams
- 3Cut strip crimp and terminate wires with precision
- 4Use hand and light power tools safely throughout assembly
- 5Perform quality checks to identify and correct assembly defects
- 6Assist in testing control panels for proper functionality
- 7Follow safety procedures and maintain organized work areas
- 8Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- 9Support continuous improvement initiatives in the shop
Requirements9
- 1At least 2+ years experience in panel building or electrical assembly
- 2Proven ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
- 3Competence with wire cutting stripping crimping and termination techniques
- 4Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- 5Basic understanding of electrical components and assembly processes
