Overview
Lead a paint crew at a small, people-first company delivering five-star residential results. You'll own the job from prep to final walkthrough, managing a team of 2-3 painters. Work directly with the owner, with real growth path as the business expands. This role values craftsmanship, clear communication, and a leader who sets the standard.
What You'll Do7
- 1Lead a small crew on residential paint jobs, setting the pace and quality bar
- 2Review job scope and coordinate materials, equipment, and daily tasks
- 3Message the client the day before, then prep your crew for the day
- 4Walk through the job with the client, set clear expectations, and manage schedule
- 5Send daily updates to the client and owner, covering progress and issues
- 6Ensure clean wrap-up: walkthroughs, touchups, cleanup, and payment collection
- 7Collect payment, request a review, ask for referrals, and place the lawn sign
