What You'll Do10

  • 2Label and palletize shipping boxes and ensure proper containment
  • 3Pack, inspect, and assemble components with attention to quality
  • 4Follow production procedures and 5S standards to keep the work area clean
  • 5Work with a team to meet daily production goals
  • 6Stand at a workstation for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks
  • 7Maintain accuracy in labeling and documentation
  • 8Assist with basic quality checks as assigned
  • 9Communicate any issues or delays to team lead
  • 10Support on-time shipment by preparing items for transport

Requirements9

  • 1High School Diploma or GED required
  • 20–5 years of experience in packing, assembly, production, warehouse, or general labor roles
  • 3Ability to stand in the same location for up to 9 hours per day
  • 4Ability to read and follow work instructions
  • 5Strong attendance and reliability
  • 6Good communication and teamwork skills
  • 7Preferred experience with packaging, labeling, kitting, or hand assembly
  • 8Experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment
  • 9Familiarity with 5S practices and quality inspections
