Own end‑to‑end P2P sub‑processes from intake to PO and drive measurable improvements. Ship automation solutions in weeks and embed them in business workflows. Lead change management and adoption across procurement teams.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and deploy AI‑augmented automations in ZIP SAP NetSuite and BrickBuy systems
- 2Scale automated triage routing and exception resolution using LLM tools
- 3Maintain production‑adjacent datasets and dashboards for cycle time and compliance metrics
- 4Prioritize automation backlog and manage stakeholder requests daily
- 5Partner with Procurement and Finance Data teams to align automation with governance frameworks
- 6Drive adoption through role‑based training and executive‑level communication
- 7Operate on a ship‑measure‑iterate cadence with weekly releases and continuous feedback loops
- 8Translate requester pain points into certified data solutions and governance policies
- 9Manage high‑growth multi‑entity environment and certify expertise via Prosci or Lean Six Sigma
Requirements7
- 14–8 years in data analytics process automation or procurement operations
- 2Hands‑on SQL Python workflow integration iPaaS RPA or native platform automation
- 3Experience with Databricks Spark Delta Lake and LLM/AI tooling
- 4Knowledge of SAP NetSuite ZIP procurement platforms and BrickBuy systems
- 5Certified data source governance experience with SOX compliance awareness
- 6Change management certification or proven adoption track record
- 7Strong prioritization and stakeholder communication skills across technical and executive audiences
