What You'll Do11
- 1Lead nightly operations for the 10pm-6:40am shift ensuring safety and efficiency
- 2Manage shift duties of ambassadors while maintaining compliance with company standards
- 3Conduct daily briefings and communicate weather updates to the team
- 4Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- 5Report broken infrastructure and progress metrics to management
- 6Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- 7Maintain professional appearance and physical stamina for full shift endurance
- 8Drive and operate vehicles as needed for site coverage
- 9Develop strategies to improve public space cleanliness and safety
- 10Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- 11Document and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement
Requirements10
- 1Valid driver's license required
- 2Physical ability to complete 8-hour shifts with breaks and lifting 50 lbs
