Overview
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Elevated Upkeep, you will own the upkeep of apartment communities and commercial properties across the Bay Area. You will join a team of dependable workers who handle janitorial tasks, pressure washing, and move-in/move-out prep. Your physical work and attention to detail will keep properties in top condition. What You'll Do8
- 1Perform general janitorial and cleaning services in common areas and units
- 2Complete porter services including trash removal and debris pickup
- 3Prepare units for move-in and move-out with deep cleans and light repairs
- 4Operate pressure washing equipment for exterior surfaces
- 5Handle property maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing or drywall patches
- 6Maintain exterior areas including landscaping and walkway upkeep
- 7Support team members during high-volume turnover periods
- 8Document completed work and report issues to the lead technician
Requirements7
- 11+ years in janitorial or property maintenance (preferred, but willing to train)
- 2Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- 3Reliable transportation to reach San Francisco job sites
- 4Strong work ethic and pride in completing tasks on schedule
- 5Punctual and dependable attendance record
