What You'll Do6
- 1Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- 2Educate potential clients about Advantage Home Care services
- 3Build and maintain long-term relationships to increase retention and referrals
- 4Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory
- 5Record and manage customer data accurately within a CRM system
- 6Meet and exceed monthly sales goals to earn uncapped commission
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- 3Friendly outgoing personality capable of quick connection
- 4Motivated and results-oriented with a drive for success
- 5Innovative mindset open to new ideas
- 6Flexible adaptability to changing priorities
- 7Outside sales experience preferred but not required
- 8Reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license
- 9Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- 10Schedule Monday through Friday typical business hours
